Affordable Care Act Open Enrollment
Deadline for 2020 coverage ends at 10 p.m. HST on December 15, 2019
Open Enrollment is the time each year when you can sign up for health insurance if you don’t already have coverage through your job, Medicare, Medicaid, or another sort of coverage. To shop and enroll in coverage visit HealthCare.gov or call 1-800-318-2596.
During Open Enrollment, you can stay on your current plan or change to a new plan for 2020. Quality coverage may be more affordable than you think. In Hawaii, 8 out of 10 people are eligible for financial help and almost half are eligible for coverage for less than $10 month.
Deciding on the right plan for you and your family can be complicated. You should compare premiums, deductibles, and coverage options to determine the best option for your health care needs.
Community partners can help. For assistance or to find a community partner near you, contact your local community health center or contact my state office at 808-522-8970, toll-free at 844-478-3478, or at email@example.com.
Avoid shopping at any other websites, which may sell substandard coverage. HealthCare.gov is the only website where you can access federal financial assistance.
