Trump is Harming our Troop's Readiness

Since day one, Trump has abused his power and diminished our troops' readiness by using them to push his own political agenda. I stand with my colleagues in supporting legislation that would limit the Insurrection Act — this regime's extreme abuse of power must be stopped.
